The hotel is well located and generally well appointed. Rooms are quite small. When we arrived the room air conditioner came on and it sounded like a jet taking off. I let reception know and they duly recorded and said their technician would follow this up the following day. We stayed 3 nights and nothing was done. Nothing was said from the hotel. We sweltered! Breakfast was unbelievable, the first day there was no cutlery, plates, most of the buffet was out of food. There were people everywhere, there was nowhere to sit and the location of things just didn’t make any sense. The next day we went to breakfast at 6:30am to beat the crowd, it was much better. The following day at 7:00, back to the chaos. It seems simple; locate the food, crockery and cutlery logically to enhance movement. They had plenty of staff! They had two coffee machines, one with instant and one with a grinder. To service 100+ people this was very inadequate. I would never stay at the Ibis if I had other options.

my first room smelled very bad think from mildew and I asked the front desk if they would move me ...the next day, the person who showed me the new room was very nice and attentive

The location is nice, but the hotel is very worn. The bathrooms are very basic, the rooms are quite old, free coffee is so bad we wouldn’t drink (better have no coffee at all in this case), some in our party refused to eat the breakfast. Of all my Ibis Styles experiences this was by far the worst one. Big deception.
